Fructose Malabsorption, fibre, bloating?

Hi Bee & everyone,

I have transitioned to a diet primarily like Bee's. Right now pureeing all my

veg (brussels, broc, cauli, chayote, turnip, marrow), adding olive oil to meals,

doing lots of meat broths with lamb, beef and veal, eating the fat off the

animal, bone marrow etc.

One nagging problem is bloating. I can feel the air bubbling out of the small

intestine (lower right of abdomen) and my whole left side of the large in

intestine bloats up. This happens every day and it extremely annoying.

I have nailed it down to a few things- die off (although no candida), fat

malabsorption or too much fibre. Yday I had a lot of fibre and i'm very bloated

today. Sometimes it coincides with other symptoms. Usually a very fast pounding

heart or a fuzzy head. Stools are soft and pale/med in colour. Enema's make me

feel a lot better, and fatty pellets have been coming out (sorry if that's TMI).

On day 6 of the diet. First few day were killer but my body is getting use to

using fat instead of carbs now i think.

How do I get my 60 or so gram carb intake without fibre? Can I juice veggies and

add to soups maybe?

TY! Natalia
