Guest guest
Hi Bee, I do not take B vitamin in capsule form nor do I take the niacin. I have always taken the nutritional yeast flakes because I really like them. Anyways, today after eating my lunch that consisted of beef short ribs that were cooked with sauted onions and garlic cloves, I added some granulated garlic, cumin, oregano, and of course coconut oil. I also had green beans with butter and sea salt. I also had some wonderful homemade hot salsa. I took my electroyle drink, 1 clove of garlic, 1500mg of vitamin C, 1 400 of E, nutri yeast flakes, mag/cal 300 each, cod liver oil and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. I was taking 2 to 3 tablespoons at each meal but have had so much dieoff,(lots of mucus) so today I slowed down. It did help but about 20 mins after eating I got a flush, it started in my nose and proceeded down my body, wow my arms itched alittle, my neck was red and pretty warm. Is that normal because I only use the nutri yeast flakes. I didn't think it would happen to me. Angie in Az Oh, I would also like to know what would happen if I a person consummed 1 3/4 tsp daliy of the sea salt instead of the 1 1/2 tsp, would that be dangerous? Guest guest
Hi Ben, Don't worry about not getting a flush. The niacin is still doing its job. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi , You can continue to get flushes off and on as you heal. Additionally, your body can still flush when healthy, particularly after you have spent some time in the sun, because this is your body's way of releasing radiation.
