Guest guest
I got the Vitamin C crystals and understand that I need to take 3000mg along with 1000mg tablet. The bottle of crystals is measured as 1/2tsp = 2.25g. How do I figure out the conversion? My brain is not currently functioning, LOL. To translate grams into milligrams, take the number of grams times 1000, so 2.25 grams equals 2,250 milligrams. Or simply enter " 2.25 grams to milligrams " in Google and it will automatically give you the milligrams. Bee
