I got the Vitamin C crystals and understand that I need to take 3000mg along

with 1000mg tablet. The bottle of crystals is measured as 1/2tsp = 2.25g.

How do I figure out the conversion? My brain is not currently functioning,

LOL.

+++Hi . To translate grams into milligrams, take the number of grams

times 1000, so 2.25 grams equals 2,250 milligrams.

Or simply enter " 2.25 grams to milligrams " in Google and it will automatically

give you the milligrams.
