Guest guest Posted January 27, 2010 Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 hi bee... i went to the dentist today because i have a grey spot on my back molar. you said that is probably detoxing floride from the past. i wanted to double check. they did some x-rays and its not a cavity!! she did say that about 5 of my teeth need a composite resin type filling because of abfraction? she said its from brushing too hard...which i dont. i have noticed that i clench/grind teeth at night...maybe this can cause it? while filling it really help? what is your opinion? also...how can i help this teeth grinding thing? arianna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
