Hi. I am a new member. My name is .

I have a severe case of fungal skin infection on my two legs and two arms and

one hand, mostly. I was trying to follow the anti-candida diet from a book from

a friend and I messed up 3 times. Then I followed it strictly, but my friend's

book said that I could have carrots and pumpkins, so I did and I flared up.

Since, November 30th I have followed Bee's diet strictly. I have been on

supplements, anti-fungal and probiotic the entire time.

My skin was terrible. I had to sleep in the recliner and I would get very

little sleep because of the itching and chills. When I get too warm, I itch. I

have to wear long sleeves to cover my arms so that I don't touch my children

with the skin. It is a good thing that it is winter time. The temperature in

the house is best under 65 degrees or I get to warm and itch. After I get an

Epsom salt/baking soda bath and apply coconut oil, I begin to itch. I would

open up the windows and let the cool air hit me.

I had done several coffee enemas in November. I just finished 7 days of

detoxing with an anti-fungal enema in the morning and pro-biotic enema in the

evening. I flushed tons of toxins out of my body and lost 5 lbs. in 5 days. My

skin has improved quite a bit. I still itch, but it has greatly decreased. I

slept in my own bed last night. My last day of the enemas was on Friday. I

have not had a bowel movement on my own and today is Monday. I feel like I need

to get the toxins out of my body. Do you suggest I wait the 5 days before I do

another enema? Or should I do the 9 day program with the clear water enemas?

How can I get a bowel movement?

I am having die-off symptoms and healing reactions.

Die-off symptoms – chills, muscle pain, joint pain

Healing reactions – rash (I break out on my chest and stomache)

I wonder if I am doing too much, too fast.

Should I cut out the pro-biotics for now?

For anti-fungal I am taking a capsule that has Pau D'Arco, Black Walnut, oregano

and rosemary oils, and Caprylic Acid (derived from Coconut oil). I am also

taking 6 garlic capsules a day. Should I cut back on the anti-fungals?

Thank you for any help. I am a 37 year old mother with 4 young children and

this has just been so very difficult. I finally self-diagnosed this fungal skin

infection after being to 2 doctors and I was in the hospital for 4 days. The

doctor also had me on anti-biotics for 30 days. This fungal infection may

actually be a blessing that it came out this way, as I have had other health

issues and now I know that they are candida related.
