help with ratios, please--newbie

I am on day 6, and still trying to get everything all straightened out with this

plan. I calculated my ratios, and found that I should be getting 60g protein,

150-210g fat, and 48-25g of carbs per day. I entered in my food for today (so

far) into fitday.com, and I am already at my 60g of protein. All I have had

today is the egg drink, my electrolyte drink, some Pau D'Orco tea, and some

shrimp w/ butter and garlic. I still need to get in 60-100g more of fat in

today! I certainly can saute' up some veggies in butter or coconut oil, but it

will have to be A LOT. How can I possibly do this every day? Do I have to

literally just eat butter or coconut oil straight to get enough fat? (I will if

I have to, but just asking if I've got this right!)

Thanks again. Feeling good and the clove oil did wonders for my headache today!
