Guest guest
> > Hi Bee and group, before ever starting this program I have had frequent urination on and off for a few years. Recently, at night time when I go to bed I have it a lot. As Im laying there trying to fall asleep I get an intense feeling that I have to urinate. I get up about 3-5 times then finally fall asleep and sometimes wake up another 2-3 times during the night. Why is this occuring only at night time when I got to bed?? Thank you, > +++Hi Keri. I cannot explain all of things your body decides to do, the reasons for them and the timing. Just believe in your body, that it does everything for a very good reason, even the timing, IF you are following this program consistently and accurately. Guest guest
I have found out that it can correspond to an enlarged prostate. When I first went on this program I took it as a condoning of meat eating and not in moderation as Bee would have you do, eating small portions of meat. I would eat a whole chicken or roast beef! I would suggest you try and limit your meat services to the same size as your palm on one hand. > > Hi Bee and group, before ever starting this program I have had frequent urination on and off for a few years. Thanks for helping, but I don't think meat protein causes or contributes to urinary or prostrate problems. If it did, then the Eskimos, who only eat meats and fats would have have those problems, but as Dr. Price reports in his book Nutrition and Physical Generation they didn't have any health issues. If you got prostrate symptoms they may have been related to other factors, i.e. not having enough stomach acid or because eating meat was helping to heal the area. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
I too get urination intensity at night and bladder uncomfortability but during the day I am better.... try not to drink anything at least 1-2 hours before going to bed, for one and two, try to drink enough liquids in the am and during the day so you don't have to drink more at night (I still have to remind myself on this). I get dehydrated easily but I drank RO water the last 20 years of my life and am used to drinking so much due to bladder infections or feeling like I am get one.. My getting up in the middle of the night is getting better due to this reminder but I am also doing acupuncture weekly with Bee's diet and homeopathy to help me heal.
