Guest guest
hi, i've been on the program 4 months. I had been cooking with coconut oil for a couple of years now and had no problem getting my coconut oil intake up. I was never a fan of eggs cooked or raw but i've had 2 eggs drinks per day since Nov. Well I had knee surgery last week and decided to do the 9 day program (doing enemas weekly instead of daily since I renently did a 9 day). Strange thing is that right after surgery I've had to battle to get the egg drink down. I now tend to start gagging as soon as I start to drink it. I planned on having 4 a day but I only manage to get 1 down per day. Is this unusual? Should I drop the level of coconut oil or eggs? I had planned on increasing my vit C after the surgery instead of antibiotics but I understand it was put in my iv. Will this casue a big set back? thanks Lara

That's good they gave you an IV with vitamin C, but also take it now to help your body heal. Were you given any drugs or antibiotics in your IVs or otherwise before or after surgery? Hospitals are bad for not informing patients what they are giving them. Also I assume they gave you an anesthetic which your body has to detoxify. Guest guest
It's hard to describe but maybe nausea or just feeling like I won't be able to drink the egg drink & amp; Â keep it down. No they did not give me vit C. Â I understand they gave me antibititcs in the iv when I planned on doing vit c instead. The doctor gave me a pain pill which I decided not to take the first few days (I think it was oxicotin) but now that I have to undergo physical therapy to walk again it will be needed to get through it. Â The pain pill also causes me nausea but people keep saying that is bbecause I'm not eating enough. How high should I go on the vit C? Thanks again, Lara
Guest guest
" I had planned on increasing my vit C after the surgery instead of antibiotics but I understand it was put in my iv. " +++I took that to mean they put vitamin C in your IV. But now I understand they put antibiotics in your IV instead. > > The doctor gave me a pain pill which I decided not to take the first few days (I think it was oxicotin) but now that I have to undergo physical therapy to walk again it will be needed to get through it. Gradually increase the eggs and CO to minimize your healing/detoxifying reactions. > > How high should I go on the vit C? +++Take 4,000 mg vitamin C at one time, and after that take 1,000 mg every hour, or 2,000 mg every 2 hours, to bowel tolerance (loose stools), for 7 days after surgery. Any time during that 7 days that you get loose stools take a little less, i.e. 200 mg. +++To help with pain while you are getting physical therapy, take White Willow Bark according to directions on the label, and rub a 50/50 mixture of oil of oregano and olive oil into your knee frequently, and even apply heat afterward to help absorb it into your knee. Oil of oregano is just as powerful a pain killer as morphine. Bee
