The anxiety can be really hard for me especially since i have 24 month old & 6 yr old. I feel bad for them when my anxiety gets severe. My cravings can get really bad especially when i first started on the diet & when i cheat then the cravings get crazy. I have some pecan nuts with ghee & cinnamon when they get to bad & that seems to help but lately I haven't desired nuts.
