hi everyone,

As I continue on the diet I am finding that my anxiety is pretty severe. My

cravings also. I find I fall back into eating nuts now and again because of the

cravings and anxiety.

I guess I just keep plugging forward and eventually it will even out?

Have others had this back and forth progress but then it will even out?

I am trying the vitamin C for the cravings. Not sure how to help the anxiety.
