Guest guest
Hi all, I have developed some pain in liver area and am interested in doing some enemas soon. THe last time I tried it - I used equipment from optimal health network and I could feel myself getting sick within 2 hours of the enema and wonder if this is normal? The bucket is stainless steel and I remember cleaning it well (before administering the enema) with filtered water as there were some particles(?) in it. I think I would have gotten really sick if I hadn't have done this. I took some vitamin C and D which helped the detox. Is their a way of making sure the equipment is safe to use (detoxed) before using. Do you use a soap to clean out the hose etc. Would anyone recommend doing a coffee enema before doing a regular water enema? I have a portable (synthetic fiber) Far IR sauna which I can use in the meantime.
