What can you eat at sushi restaurants

Hi,

I have been going strong on this diet for two weeks (with supplements too) and

just have some questions for you all to help my life be easier. It is impossible

to always cook at home, so do some of you have restaurant tips? Obviously ones

that have 'natural meat'. Chipotle is one if you are desperate if you just get

the meat but the veggies with guacamole & salsa (that you can eat) are not

organic!

I have two toddlers and a husband that LOVES sushi so it is a familiy time once

a week. I put a TBL of coconut oil and raw butter in my miso but then read that

seaweed is not allowed (I already don't eat the tofu). Can I still drink the

broth with my healthy oils added? Also, what else can I get? I say

'ikura/salmon eggs' and they give me it in a lemon peel and I get sashimi and

eat the side of shaved radish that is a condiment...but is that it? Any veggies

since they are not organic? Once I brought my own avocado....do tell if anyone

has this down as a science to help me and the rest of us! :-)

(aka rashy racoon eyes 2 weeks and counting to be pretty again!)
