Do you have a hiatal hernia? Here's what it is: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig21.php Also if you have any sugars during the day it can cause you to become nauseated during the night. To help alleviate nausea take 1/4 tsp. of baking soda mixed into 4-5 ounces of non-chlorinated water - sip it until your nausea subsides. They will also help you learn how to adjust it on your own. See this article too: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig11.php > > --not been having sugars, but remembered i started chewing on cinnomon sticks and eating them and have become used to them and i think i've been eating them too much, therre very hot, cud this of done it, i think cinnomon can also cause die off? +++I doubt that would be enough to cause the symptoms you describe.
