+++Hi Joanne. Do you have a hiatal hernia? Here's what it is:

Also if you have any sugars during the day it can cause you to become nauseated

during the night.

To help alleviate nausea take 1/4 tsp. of baking soda mixed into 4-5 ounces of

non-chlorinated water - sip it until your nausea subsides.

+++Hi Joanne, it is better to see a chiropractor or naturopath who know about

hiatal hernias and can adjust them. They will also help you learn how to adjust

it on your own. See this article too:

+++I doubt that would be enough to cause the symptoms you describe.
