Guest guest
Hi Bee, I am just wondering is it necessary to take both HCL and sourkraut? I have not taken HCL but I do still get some symptoms of indigesiton and I have trouble swallowing and a feeling like food is stuck in my throat after eating. Also I take natural factors vitamin e from iherb and I was wondering does it matter if its just the regular vitamin e or does it have to be the clear based one? I was looking through some post on here and read about the clear based kind so it got me thinking. Thank you. Keri
Guest guest
Hi Keri, Some people need to have both. Use your own judgement about it. If the HCl helps take it. It has become extremely difficult to get vitamin E that doesn't contain soy. Since Natural Factors Dry Base Vitamin E is not available you might not have any choice except to take vitamin E with soy in it. Dr. Mercola claims the soy oil in vitamin E isn't damaging, however I don't like supporting the soy industry since their products damage so many people's health. The best to you, Bee > > Hi Bee, I am just wondering is it necessary to take both HCL and sourkraut? Guest guest
Bee, So do you think I should continue to take the Vitamin E that I am taking or is there an alternative route? Ive been taking it for quite some time now and I dont think that it has caused any problems. Also with the HCL...to what extent should stomach/digestion problems be in order to take it? I dont really get heartburn at all.....just indigestion and burping sometimes. Also, does HCL help with the swallowing/feeling of food stuck issues? I know that candida grows in the throat and my throat will feel dry on and off and sometimes like theres a hair in it and I have draining....all of these symptoms on and off through this program as I have die off and such. But I'm just curious if you know....how/why does candida in the throa make it difficult to swallow and feel as though food is stuck in the throat? I just like to learn as much information as I can. I also want to thank you for always taking time to help me through this. I am so excited and blessed that my health is improving!! I am so excited and blessed that my health is improving!! +++If you do not need HCl you will get heartburn, so that is the sign you do not need it. +++Candida can grow in the throat and the esophagus. Do an internet search using Images, so you can see candida growing in the throat: just enter candida+throat. You can do the same with esophagus+candida or stomach+candida. +++That's wonderful your health is improving. You go girl! Bee
