Hi Sis!

It's great to see you posting on my group! Thanks for your recommendation about

the breathing exercise. You may have missed an earlier message by Jackie on our

group, which discusses breathing out through the mouth versus through the nose.

Jackie is a moderator for my group, and she is a yoga teacher. Here's her

I don't know if it makes a difference, but my article was about switching your

body over from running on its fight/flight nervous system, rather than helping

get rid of toxins.
