You may have missed an earlier message by Jackie on our group, which discusses breathing out through the mouth versus through the nose. Jackie is a moderator for my group, and she is a yoga teacher. Here's her message about breathing: /message/83421 I don't know if it makes a difference, but my article was about switching your body over from running on its fight/flight nervous system, rather than helping get rid of toxins.
