Guest guest
Hi Bee and board, I am still waiting for my supplements to arrive, the only ones I found here were the coconut, cod liver oil and Nutritional yeast flakes so I take those once a day with lunch.(I cook with the Coconut oil) I have been following the diet to a T otherwise and I drink 1.5 liters of water everyday. Before I started Bees program I had chronic low body temperature low blood pressure but a normal heart rate. Only 3 days on the the diet my heart rate increases at least 6 times a day, I have measured it with my blood pressure monitor at 160 bpm and my blood pressure is just crazy, up and down all day and night! How can this be " retracing " when Ive never had problems like that before? Also my temperature started going up today, at first I was so excited! but after MONTHS of 95-97 degrees now Im running a low grade fever 99-100! I had thought maybe I was coming down with a cold or flu but it doesnt feel like it. My doctor wants me to have an MRI because he thinks there is somthing wrong in my brain (hypothalamys area, sorry if I spelled that wrong) he said a cyst could explain all the neuro and vital sign irregularites I'm having. I have been fainting all my life when under severe stress but now I have vasal vagal everyday, all day where i ALMOST faint! Also my cortisol is " reversed " (low in the AM, high in the PM) explaining my severe insomnia ( just got those results back today) I need to be reasurance that this is the " healing process " and besides the " breathing " ,because that isnt working yet, what else can I do to get through this? Ive never been so scared then I am when my heart takes off!And now the low grade fever all of a sudden is concerning me. I also dont want to go in debt over the MRI unless it is truly needed? Thank you,I would be lost and truly alone without all of you!!Healing to everyone,

Also those reactions can be healing reactions too. Your body does everything for a very good reason. +++Here's an article that explains those reactions: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/coconut4.php +++Here's what he says: " I had put a tablespoonful of coconut oil on some rice I had for supper, and half an hour later while I was reading, I noticed I was breathing more deeply than normal. I saw that my skin was pink, and I found that my pulse was faster than normal--about 98, I think. After an hour or two, my pulse and breathing returned to normal. Every day for a couple of weeks I noticed the same response while I was digesting a small amount of coconut oil, but gradually it didn't happen any more, and I increased my daily consumption of the oil to about an ounce. I kept eating the same foods as before (including a quart of ice cream every day), except that I added about 200 or 250 calories per day as coconut oil. Apparently the metabolic surges that happened at first were an indication that my body was compensating for an anti-thyroid substance by producing more thyroid hormone; when the coconut oil relieved the inhibition, I experienced a moment of slight hyperthyroidism, but after a time the inhibitor became less effective, and my body adjusted by producing slightly less thyroid hormone. " +++Those reactions can also be caused by your body running on it fight/flight nervous system, which is common to happen when you and/or your body are under stress. I recommend you do deep breathing exercises every time you notice those symptoms: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php +++, if you are concerned follow up with the doctor, but before you see him you should do the deep breathing and see if things change. All the best, Bee >
