Guest guest
> > Hi everybody, > This past Monday I became very ill suddenly with a flu thing, or whatever it was, everything came out of me none stop for about 6 hrs straight. This is new territory for me since soda crackers and 7-up are out, so went with water, herbal tea, bone broth and managed a small steak the day after. Yesterday, still nauseous, managed a chicken breast and some green beans, got my vitamins down and only 2 tbs c.o. My body has been aching terribly and I have had a considerable about of kidney/liver pain since...especially at night. I wake up early because laying down is uncomfortable. I am also having scanty, light colored stools. 2 days previous to this episode I was very constipated, which never happens to me, I did an enema for relief a few days before this flu thing hit. Almost seemed like this was a way for my body to get rid of stuff??? What should I do about the kidney/liver pain? Looked up some articles...maybe a castor oil pack or more enemas? +++Hi Heidi from Iowa. It is normal to get flu-like symptoms, called die-off symptoms on this program. Also when anyone, even healthy people, get the flu, cold, cough, etc. it is simply their body detoxifying itself. To understand more see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php If you change over to this program too fast, when you are still trying to get your fat ratios up to what they should be, you can get constipated so ensure you follow Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php Also if you've ever had any of those symptoms in the past your body will be " retracing " them while it is healing itself - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php I suggest you do the 9-day Program to help you get through this period of time: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php You can start on coffee enemas afterward, and if you still have liver pain do a castor oil pack, but only put it on at night and take it off in the morning. I hope that helps. Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee, I have been on the diet 7 mo.now (took it slow)and on 6tbs co for the last month. I eat about 5-7 tbs of butter a day plus whatever fat I get in meats, cod liver oil, olive oil. I'm going easy on the foods now...(soups, soft green beans, still eating chicken breast and small steaks, fried eggs).... as I'm hungry one minute and eat and then shortly afterward feel slightly naseous. I wondered in the back of my head if.... and I decided to check back on all my old calendar, and sure enough this is exactly where I would be retracing a nasty past infection of giardia and Flagyl meds for it. thanks for all your help Bee, Heidi > > > > Hi everybody, > > This past Monday I became very ill suddenly with a flu thing, or whatever it was, everything came out of me none stop for about 6 hrs straight. That's great you discovered what your body was retracing! It is obvious you really understand healing and retracing. My wish is that everyone understands natural healing, retracing, etc. so they will know and understand what is happening anytime in the future too. And if a person goes " off the rails " and doesn't look after their health, that they will know what they have to do to get back to health. Onward & upward! Guest guest
Thanks Bee! I do a lot of reading and research and learn so much here. I also keep a journal and write in it every night. I write down exactly what I ate, my supplements, and any symptoms etc. I have been doing this for just over a year now. I also count the days backward in time/years to show me where I am at in healing since I started your diet/supplements. I find it helps keep me on track and focused. It also gives me encouragement when I look back and read how I was feeling however far back I want to go. I am actually very excited about this latest discovery of retracing because so far I have not gone through much so was wondering if I was doing something wrong. Heidi from Iowa > > +++Wow Heidi.
