Guest guest
My name is and my 14 month old son Sebo and I have been trying the diet for about 3-4 weeks now. I have two questions: 1.) I am wondering if he can eat brown rice on the diet, as he has always been a smaller guy and I don't want to jeopardize his growth. So far he's been eating mostly cauliflower, broccoli, avocado, and green beans besides breastfeeding about 6 times a day. He gets about 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil 2x a day. He has been constantly irritable since mommy and daddy had to go back to work after the holidays, separation anxiety? teething? sick? candida? What am I missing with his diet? 2.) And since I need to be on the diet for like 33 months, will it hinder his progress on hopefully getting healed in about 2 months? Thank you dearly for your thoughts Bee,

Your son would not be lacking any nutrients if he doesn't have brown rice. All of the nutrients any human body requires are found in meats, eggs and good fats I recommend anyway, plus supplements of course. > > So far he's been eating mostly cauliflower, broccoli, avocado, and green beans besides breastfeeding about 6 times a day. All the best, Bee
