When I press it, it squelches, but doesn't hurt. After I eat I get reflux, heaviness and pressure and it's worse if I take HCl. I'm only on 200mg of HCl so wonder if I even need it anymore. I didn't take it last night and the reflux was still there but no burning. +++Hi Natalia. What symptoms do you get that you think are reflux? > Two nights ago I experienced some nausea which is new to me. At the same time bloating. I am also bloating with anything I eat as of when the swollen area appeared. > > I'm only on suet for fat. About 6 T a day plus the fat off any meat I eat. Also been having my recommended protein intake and cooked veggies with every meal 3x day. +++You need to start on the other fats too, but at very small amounts, even if it is only 1/2 teaspoon per meal, and gradually increase it. All of the fats work together and if some are missing your body isn't as able to process fats, i.e. vitamins A, D, & E, omega 3, butter and coconut oil. > > If it is my gallbladder, what can I do about it, and why is it happening? I haven't had any gall issues in the past. I don't know if it is getting rid of gunk or what..by which should I have some olive oil to coax it out? I'm scared to eat and don't know if I'm doing the right thing! +++What you describe doesn't seem like any gall bladder problem. To make sure do an Internet Search of body anatomy on Images so you can determine the area that's involved a little better. It could be part of your stomach in that area, which if bloated will feel swollen. +++Natalia, I recommend you do the 9-Day Program at this time, since it has been rough for you to get going on the foods and supplements: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Keep me posted on how you are doing on it. The best to you, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, It feels like acid is coming up my throat from my stomach. It happens especially if I eat fats. I am starting ghee today, and have started fish oil whilst I'm waiting for my CLO. I looked for images on the internet. It looks to be around where the gall bladder is, but it could also be the stomach I guess. Still, I have never felt this before. The right side of my large intestine also swells up. All this started after an enema actually. Maybe it's stirring things up, should I do another one perhaps? I am already doing as much as the 9 day program as I can. Basically just on Day 2! Except I am not pureeing my veg. Eggs I have not introduced yet. Is there something specifically different about lemons to limes? Lemons bloat me up almost straight away but limes do not... Do you think I could be adding 1/2 tsp of olive oil to my meals at this stage? And I was wondering if I could have palm oil? Ie. this brand?- http://www.organicsaustraliaonline.com.au/prod2219.htm Thank you!!!! That IS heartburn, so you definitely need more HCl supplements. > I am already doing as much as the 9 day program as I can. Basically just on Day 2! Except I am not pureeing my veg. However it is also antifungal, like all good fats and fatty acids. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Thank you for deleting those comments on this post before Bee. I am only 18 and do not need to be frightened like that! The swollen area has gone down I am taking the HCl again without a problem. I think it was something to do with the enema I had the day previous. I have had 1/2 tsp of ghee with last nights dinner and this mornings breakfast. I am holding a lot of fluid in my abdomen and it feels like it has it's own heartbeat! I'm also bloated and distentional. How do I know if I am not able to tolerate the trace amounts of milk proteins in ghee? I don't want to keep taking it if it's detrimental. That's good you are taking HCl okay. Having a swollen abdomen is common, but this too shall pass as you progress on the program. Ghee and butter are good foods from Mother Nature that our bodies are designed to consume in order to be healthy. If you are getting any reactions they are healing reactions, and not because you are intolerant of them. God doesn't make any stupids bodies, and Nature gets it right!
