Guest guest
I finally found a source for fully pastured eggs, yea! We have yet to introduce them as we are just starting and my Dd (21 months and breastfed still) has big problems with sulfur foods. If I buy the eggs I know we will be starting out with VERY small amounts and I am concerned about them spoiling before I have a chance to use them. I have read online that you can scramble them and freeze them individually but what would that do to the nutrition content? Would it be okay to freeze them for future use? At $5 a dozen I don't want to waste money or food. Thanks,

Why don't you buy less at this time if you aren't sure you'll use them in a month? Egg yolks are more nutritious if not cooked. The best, Bee
