rye flour playdough - would one absorb the rye?

Hi Bee,

I understand that one would absorb toxins while manipulating a commercially

produced play dough, so I made a play dough with rye flour, coconut oil, table

salt, and conventional (non-organic) cream of tartar.

Would one absorb the rye like this?

I hope not, because I love play dough and need some to play my favorite game-

Cranium Sculptorades.
