small chemical sensitivity improvements

Dear Bee and group

I finally have the beginnings of a success story that I have waited years to see

happen.

In 2000 I developed multiple chemical sensitivity which has had a tremendous

negative impact on my life in that I could no longer go anywhere except for

quick trips to the store, wearing a half respirator mask. Even with the mask on

I suffered the effects of exposure to a multitude of chemicals: perfumes, fabric

softener, machine oil, gasoline etc.

I could rarely see family or friends because they used products which seriously

affected my ability to function.

It was my search to correct this problem that finally led me to deal with and

correct my candida problem. A little over 4 and a half years ago I started to

follow Bee's regimen with the usual mistakes in the beginning. It has been a

long and difficult journey as I had to retrace years of diarrhea, thrush, poor

adrenal and thyroid function. I had aches and pains develop in various joints

and my back, I went through months of migraines every few weeks.

But I persisted not knowing if my chemical sensitivity would lessen. The

beginning of October 2009 was when my healing should have been complete and that

is when I started to notice that those chemical smells in the stores weren't

bothering me anymore, at least to the point that I didn't have to wear my mask.

I can now tolerate a little socializing with my mask on. I can read books again

from the library. I still have a long way to go but it is so encouraging to

finally see some improvement and hope that in the future I may be able to have a

bit of a life again.

I just wanted to give a little hope to others with chemical sensitivity that

they might also see some improvements but it may take a long time.

Feel free to post this if you wish Bee and thank you for your wonderful group

and the support you give everyone.

Laurie
