+++Hi Vada. Welcome to our group. That's great you've decided to start the

diet! Ensure you follow Curing Candida, How to Get Started:

> I was looking over old posts and the websites trying to find info about

erythritol. I read that is is a ¨no - no¨. I was just wondering why? I have

read that it has no effect on blood sugar levels. (who knows if that's really

true) and of course it's obviously processed which isn't great for health. I was

just wondering because a while back i ordered a sweetner mix of stevia and

erythritol. Fortunately I also ordered pure stevia as well.

is basically not being able to digest my food. I am hoping the cabbage

rejuvalac will help with this.

+++Erythritol causes bloating and gas. The reason it is not okay is because it

is a manufactured processed form of sugar that is toxic to human bodies, just

like any other processed sweeteners. The only one I recommend is Stevia, ground

up green leaf only, which is used cautiously and in very small amounts, since it

can still feed a sweet tooth and candida so some people are more sensitive to

it.

+++What will help your digestion best, is the recommendations in my main candida

article, under Improve Digestion, How to Successfully Overcome Candida:

really disturbing. It feels like I don't have enough oxygen in my body.

+++The timing is different for each person due to how closely they follow the

program and how long they have had such a problem. It takes 1 month of natural

healing for every year you've been unhealthy, which for most people today is

since before they were born.

> If I've had candida problems for 5 years...does that mean after six months

(due to Hering's law of cures) that the bloating will go away (assuming I follow

Bee's protocol) in about 5 months???

+++Candida is the result of previous breakdowns and diseases, so you will want

to do the program long enough to heal your body completely back to birth. Even

after that you cannot consume foods and toxins that led to the breakdown of your

body, or you will get candida again and again.

>

> i have tried this diet before but have stopped because the bloating is so

uncomfortable. I add back in yogurt/kefir because they seem to help with the

bloating but obviously feed candida.

+++When candida is killed off it produces carbon dioxide, which is gas. I don't

recommend consuming any yogurt or kefir for reasons explained in my candida

article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s38

diet) to see if the bloating will go away. Has anyone had a similar experience

or even cured their bloating???

+++You also need to take all of the supplements, since the diet plus supplements

provide your body with what it needs so it can heal itself naturally.

+++Yes, many people have cured their bloating, including me. See these Success

Stories, search for words like gas and bloating:

All the best, Bee
