Welcome to our group. All candida sufferers are gluten intolerant, and the gluten grains available today are also genetically modified and contain mycotoxins (fungal-type toxins) which are damaging to anyone's health. So even healthy people shouldn't consume gluten grains. Of course candida sufferers are more sensitive to gluten because all carbs feed candida - they also feed bacteria and cancer. Carbs are any foods not classified as protein or fat. So that's why you shouldn't consume any grains on this program, and you need to consume quite low-carbs. Please ensure you read two important articles so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee
