+++Hi . Welcome to our group.

All candida sufferers are gluten intolerant, and the gluten grains available

today are also genetically modified and contain mycotoxins (fungal-type toxins)

which are damaging to anyone's health. So even healthy people shouldn't consume

gluten grains.

Of course candida sufferers are more sensitive to gluten because all carbs feed

candida - they also feed bacteria and cancer.

Carbs are any foods not classified as protein or fat. So that's why you

shouldn't consume any grains on this program, and you need to consume quite

low-carbs.
