Guest guest
Hi Caine, Candida is a naturally occuring thing in your GI tract, IN BALANCE. So it's not a bad thing to have it there. The trick is to not get yourself into a state of health that causes it to over grow. Please do not rely on old messages on this group, since I've been learning and researching constantly, so I've changed my thinking many times in the past 5 years. It is totally untrue that you can't cure candida, however it can come back again and again like any other bugs, when your body is in poor condition. That is IF you do not keep your immune system functioning normally. ++++The reason a strong immune system cures candida is because it will " make " candida change back into the microbe it is supposed to be in the body. To understand this read articles about how the Germ Theory of Disease is Totally False and how your body itself creates bacteria, candida and cancer in order to clean itself up of toxins: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu5_3_1.php Besides that, I have been undercooking my meats to make digesting easier, is that fine to do. +++It isn't necessary to undercook your meats, since cooking does start breaking apart the proteins, called denaturing. Denaturing proteins is what our bodies do during digestion. Denaturing also occurs during the ageing of meats, when they are soaked in an acid medium like lemon juice (marinades), etc., so they are easier to digest. In fact soaking meats in an acidic medium actually cooks them. But when you cook meats it should be done at low temperatures, and not overcooked, which makes them lose moisture and binds protein molecules closer together which makes them harder to break apart during digestion. Guest guest
Hello Bee, Yeah i read that Germ theory is false, explaining the capabilities of a proprly functioning immune system. Thanks so much... Caine > +++Hi Caine.
