I'm so sorry about what you're going through. It must be terrible not to hear.

I'm glad you're taking such good care of yourself by following this program and

also that you're going to the doctor. Fabulous that he understands something

about healthy diets. That's super rare to find. I sure hope this will be a

short die-off situation for you. It really sounds like it to me. I also know

how long and slow it can feel sometimes (I've been on it for 2.5 years). You're

not alone and I totally support you in sticking with the diet and reaching out

here on the forum!

I know this is going to sound crazy, if not gross, but it has a remarkable

history of working. Dribble some of your urine into each ear and let it stay

there for a while. Just as if you were using ear drops.

You can do this for several days running. Results are frequently dramatic. And

even if it doesn't help (though I have a feeling it will), you at least have no

worries about side effects or infection. Fresh urine is a sterile product.

What you might want to be very cautious of is if your doc recommends

antibiotics. Since most ear troubles are fungal in origin, antibiotics not only

will not help, they will most likely make things worse.

Here is another suggestion for you:

Put warm sesame oil in your ears every 15 min for 2 hrs to clear Eustachian

Tubes & cervical lymph.

used like olive and coconut however.

Thank you and everyone else for your encouragement. I have had ear problems for

30 years. They have ranged from itching, fluid and hearing loss. The healing,

retracing and detox is so severe I can barely hear at times. I was one of the

children in the 50's that got radiated so I'm sure that has added to me having

such severe reactions on this program. That cost me my thyroid gland and I am

currently taking nature-throid. Saw the doctor yesterday suctioned my left ear

so he could even see my ear drum to examine it. He says again to get tubes in

ears. I have fluid back behind both ears. But, ear drums are okay. I have saved

all your emails and I re-read them everyday. I will keep pushing on and stay on

the program.

+++Hi Carolyn. Seeds and nuts are " not properly soaked " prior to pressing out

the oils, so they contain phytates that block mineral absorption in the body,

and enzymes that interfere with protein digestion.
