Guest guest
This is an article written by Tom Mueller in 2007. I thought you might be interested because it's about large companies who have mixed other oils in with olive oil and labeled it as pure olive oil. I hope for all of us that this isn't happening anymore. Makes me think twice about who I'm buying my olive oil from though. http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2007/08/13/070813fa_fact_mueller Doree

Do you notice not one of these brands is an " organic " Brand . I did not notice any organic Olive Oil Brands listed in the six page article , neither . If you are able to buy an organic extra virgin olive oil that should alleviate your concern . Also if your still concerned , avoid olive oil and focus using more coconut oil , butter and other good fats on the program Problem solved , no more worries ... :-) Thanks for the article , Doree , interesting read . All the Best , Ed

I just don't want any of us to to be ingesting all that soy oil or hazelnut oil unknowingly. For now, organic it will be for me... Best wishes, Doree
