Guest guest
Hello Sherry, Don't quote me on this as I'm sure there are many ways to detox from your eyes, but I have symptoms of dry flakey and inflamed skin on my eyelids. It doesn't really itch like all the other spots I have but I always do VERY mild dry skin brushing and put coconut oil on them after I bathe. Hope that helps. Johanna > > I cheated for 4 days once a day up until Thanksgiving. I know that I set my progress back somewhat by the way I feel. Eventhough, I didn't feel better at the time I had the food(sweets) I did, however, feel better the next day. I have been on your plan for a month, and I have to say, that I have not felt well since starting. I also know that this is to be expected. My question is, how much progress did I lose? I am just so ready for the majority of the healing to be behind me. I mostly suffer from fatigue, depression, and brain fog since starting your plan. I experienced HORRIBLE fatigue and headache the next day getting back on your program, which I know is die off. Have I thrown myself back to square one. Oh yeah, before your plan, I was on the Body Ecology diet, but I never lost my cravings. Therefore, I just didn't feel it was as effective as your plan has been for me. I think it's all about listening to your body. I'm starting to see that maybe I can make it through this, because in my wildest dreams, I am not as sick as you were. BTW, how does one detox through their eyes? What are the symptoms? Sorry so long. > Thankfully, > Sherry >

IF you were also consuming good foods and supplements during those 4 days you wouldn't have gone back to square one. That is because the nutrients you are consuming are still helping your body. +++That's good you are on my program. You can't go wrong following Nature's fundamental laws on health. +++When I detoxed through my eyes for 3 months green and yellow matter oozed from my eyes, so when I woke up in the morning my eyelids were stuck shut with the dried gunk. My eyes were also red and itching, and sometimes clear fluids just ran out of them like I was crying. The best, Bee
