Guest guest
That question has been asked before and I don't really know. I don't think so. It doesn't appear to cook it.
Guest guest
Wouldn't the boiling water cook the raw egg? Therese
Guest guest
you do not leave the egg in the water long enough to " cook " it, just enough to sterilize the outside. Guest guest
Question, how long can raw eggs be left out unrefrigerated? Is overnight ok? In their egg shells they don't have to refrigerated, but what if I make up a raw egg drink? I don't like it cold from the fridge. Can I make up an egg drink the night before, leave it out overnight and it be ok in the morning? Elyse

I think you should refrigerate the drink overnight and heat it up a little in the morning. Bee
