Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for your help. Jeff, I also wondered about the Samson marketing technique. It isn't mauch cheaper for me as I am Canadian, by the time the money exchange, shipping, duty & G.S.T. taxes are calculated. Has anyone tried the " make your own " sprouter at gogreen.org.? We are farmers in Ontario, grow soybeans and wheat (soft)about 2,500 acres in all. Thanks again.......I'm driven to find out all I can. Guest guest
Dear " Trishmor " , I've been making Rejuvelac with sprouted wheat and it is good tasting. In one article it mentioned that soft wheat is also very good for Rejuvelac. At Esalen Rejuvelac is kept available at all times in the dining facility according to a friend who spent a lot of time there. Since you are on a farm, why not just grow your sprouts on a clean patch of soil? TeeJay
Guest guest
I still use my juicer to make the " brine " for my fermented veggies. I think this gives it a little more flavor than just using water.
