Understanding the program

Hi Bee,

I am still trying to wrap my mind around the concept of this program.

Sometimes I think I have it. But it is so different from everything I have been

taught that I tend to get confused. Today perhaps brain fog is affecting me...

So...let me see if I have this straight.

No matter what treatments we do on the OUTSIDE...that is not a part of the

healing process, they just sort of make all of the discomfort/pain bearable?

Only the healing foods, supplements and the anti-fungals (extra virgin coconut

oil, garlic, etc) which are taken on the INSIDE are the true Healers, correct?

May I ask though about the supplements? Why wouldn't we get enough vitamins and

minerals from our healing foods? Are the supplements truly needed?

I am not trying to confuse this. However, as I said, sometimes I get it but then

sometimes the old train of thought comes along and it seems a topical treatment

or some of treatment ought to heal, cure or at least get things moving along

faster.

Another reason I am trying to make sure I am getting this straight is because

come CHRISTmas I will spend the Holy Days with my doctor/sister in-love...she

watches what I eat like a hawk. I didn't attend the gathering for Thanks Giving

because I wasn't sure how I could answer her questions.

My doc/sil truly believes that one will die if he/she isn't consuming carbs. My

family are Southern and put sugar in everything they eat, even the turkey must

be laden with injected sugar marinate. Sigh...

So, I truly hope to be able to stand my ground with confidence.

Thanks in advance for your patience with me.

Forgive me for being so long winded.

Shalom, a
