Guest guest
BioExplorer will work without any BrainMaster software, so, if you are comfortable with it, you should be fine without purchasing additional BMer software. The main benefit of 1.9A software is that it is very good for assessments, which you really can't do very well with Bio Explorer, but if you are working primarily with your own brain, and if you have already done an assessment, I'd skip the expense. Guest guest
Bee and others, I guess for sometime now I've only been moving my bowels once or twice a week and I'm starting to worry about this. I have no trouble when it's time to go, but I think I should be ridding myself of these toxins more often. When I first started the diet everything was going well and now it's been like 6 months. I'm starting to gain belly fat and my bowels aren't as frequent. Any suggestions are welcomed. Are enemas required to cure this problem or are there other ways?
