Guest guest
> > Hi Bee, I tried the mustard on my chest this morning. I had felt better in the lung congested area of my chest. About two hours later I had to take it off I must have put too much on. I had a yellow light colored bowel movement. Later in the day I had some stabbing pains in lung/chest area. > > Just wondering what does the mustard do? Does it pull out infection, or does it seep into the cells to suffocate the infection? How long do I do this for? Is it alright to have fresh garlic with food? +++Hi Nadine. The mustard poultice enters deep into the skin layers and helps treat infectious conditions and it pulls out toxins. It works mainly by increasing circulation, perspiration and heat in the area. Mustard contains chemical compounds like myrosin and singrin that are proven to be effective expectorants and `warming' agents. Apart from curing colds and joint pains, mustard also possesses strong anti-fungal properties and helps relieve pain. You should do the poultices 1 month for every year you've had lung nodules and probably longer since other lung issues led up to the formation of nodules. Yes, you can have fresh garlic with food, but just remember it is a strong antifungal so having too much along with unrefined coconut oil at this time may increase your die-off symptoms. All the best, Bee
