Guest guest
Hi Bee, I'm wondering if I should start doing less coffee enemas now. To update you on what I was doing...I started coffee enemas back in June. I did them once a week for 3 months then did them every other week for 1 month. I then went to Italy (end of Sept) and was off the diet and my supplements for 16 days. So when I got back I got completely back on the diet (only one cheat since then) and all my supplements. I also went back to doing coffee enemas once a week so it's now been 6-7 weeks since I've been doing them every week again. Should I now cut back to every other week for 2 months (according to your schedule) and then cut back to once a month after that and then be done? I know you said before to follow your schedule but if I cheat on the diet I would then need them again? If I just cheat for one meal do I want to do a few coffee eneams a couple weeks in a row or should I just do one extra one but then get back to my schedule I was doing? Sorry about asking for the detailed clarification on this. I just don't want to be doing more enemas than I should or isn't necessary. Thank you for all your help. I'm starting to feel so much better than I did before starting your program 5 months ago.

Since the nutrients in the diet and supplements are what heals your body most, you can stop doing the enemas. If your liver hurts you can do an enema, otherwise you don't need to. > Thank you for all your help. Guest guest
Thanks Bee. I will stop them now and only do one when I feel my liver is overburdened with toxins. I was so scared to try these for the first time but I'm so happy I did. They weren't very difficult to do and I really believe they have helped me tremendously. My liver pain has gone away and it really helped with my brain fog. Yea! So excited that I am getting better. Now I just wish I'd get my period back! I know it will come when it's ready though. Thanks! +++Hi . Since the nutrients in the diet and supplements are what heals your body most, you can stop doing the enemas. If your liver hurts you can do an enema, otherwise you don't need to.
