let it soak in 50/50 non-chlorinated water and hydrogen peroxide? I've always

used over the counter cleaners but now know those are loaded with toxins so

would like to try something else.

+++Hi . If your retainer doesn't contain metal you can soak it in 50/50

H202 and water - that's what I soak my dentures in. If it contains any metal

soak it in baking soda water (not sure how much to use).

Back when I used to wear my retainer (I've been bad now LOL), I just brushed it

with my toothbrush when I cleaned my teeth. At the time, of course, I used

toothpaste, but you could try it with your homemade variety or toothsoap too, I

imagine.

*** Hi Anne:

Bee does not recommend GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract) for anything because of the

chemicals used in processing the GSE. You can find more about this on her

website.

material...but to no avail :) I need it in book form... " oh Bee " :) LOL Maybe

next year I could ask Santa for a Net Book.
