Guest guest
is there a link to Plantar Faciitis when you have candida overgrowth? 6 months ago I got extreme foot pain then it moved into my knee with inflamation, then yeast infections, etc.! Bees program and my diet changes have made my knee better, yeast infections subsided but my heel pain is still severe. Just hoping that all my changes will eventually help my foot or should I be looking at this as a separate issue and need to treat it as such- any thoughts would be so welcome!? Thanks! Welcome to our group. Is your name Rhea? Just so other members know, Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain. The plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen, and irritated (inflamed). Then your heel or the bottom of your foot hurts when you stand or walk. So it is mainly inflammation which is caused by toxins, so it is not a separate issue, and this program will definitely help it, eventually. I suggest you do a few things to help it: 1) Soak your foot 2 times a day in a hot foot bath that contains 1/2 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide, which helps pull toxins out. 2) Get a large enough piece of gauze (or cotton muslim or cheesecloth) to cover the area well, and soak it with a mixture of 1/2 oil of oregano and 1/2 unrefined coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil, and tape it on. Oil of oregano is just as powerful of a pain killer as morphine, and it is also healing and helps pull toxins out. 3) Ensure your shoes fit you well, with good arch support. 4) Keep working on the program, particularly increasing your " good " fat ratios according to your calculations - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php That is because good fats are the very best antioxidants in the whole world and they also cleanse the entire body, even getting rid of heavy metals. Of course all of the nutrients work together, so ensure you are taking all of the supplements, because the fat soluble ones like omega-3, vitamins A, D & E, work with the good fats. Please ensure you read two important candida articles: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php The best in health, Bee
