Guest guest Posted October 22, 2009 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 Hi everyone, Should we drink the bone broth as a substitute for a meal or together with a meal or in between meals? It has lots of fat in it but no protein, it feels quite heavy on top of a regular meal and strangely dizzy-making in between meals. I'm unsure. Any suggestions would be welcomed!
