Guest guest
I was wanting to get some ideas of what people get when they go out to eat, and are doing the candida diet, strictly? We mainly go to places like Longhorn Steakhouse, or Outback. We only go about once a month, but I wanted to be prepared on what to order for the next time we go. My main concern, is that I know our meats should be all natural, and mainly organic, but I know when we go out to eat we will not be getting that. And, not knowing where their fish came from, like if it's wild or farm raised. I guess we could ask, but would it be healthier to get fish that is farm raised, or chicken/beef that may contain antibiotics, and things we don't want. Or do you just order a salad, with olive oil dressing? And as for a side dish, I guess steamed veggies? Thank you!!
