Guest guest
Thanks , that is helpful! I have sometimes bought less than fresh bread in the supermarket so I tend to buy from the bakery that specializes in Italia bread, that is superb bread, crispy crusty stuff, I put one loaf in the freezer so that I never lack bread, he sells it with hard or soft crust and it is baked fresh every day! It is totally unnecessary, and not helpful, to take MMS drops, which you will understand when you read my candida information. Also, it appears you are not on my diet, so slease ensure you read two important articles, so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php There are no grains of any kind allowed on the candida diet, for very good reasons, so please read the above so you understand why. All the best, Bee
