I apologize but I've looked everywhere and cannot find this recipe Nan. I don't

see it here at the files or there:

What do you mean by soda water? Like seltzer water? Or do you mean baking soda?

I have severe MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities) and need a new nontoxic,

unscented shampoo. My scalp is extremely dry with very large oily flakes coming

out even right after shampooing. (My face skin is also oily & very dry a the

same time but I manage that ok).

I tried a liquid castile soap but it was too oily and I couldn't wash it all out

and it left my hair stuck in clumps, I guess it's the hemp oil but I'm not sure

I have long curly hair.

Thank you in advance,

> I use Bee's hair wash made with a cup of filtered water and 1/2 teaspoon of

soda water. I dip in the ends of my hair and pour the rest of it over my head

and work it in then wait 5 minutes and rinse. Then I spray with vinegar, work it

in and rinse again. It makes my hair silky and my brush runs through easily.
