White willow bark ok for someone with ulcerative colitis

Hi Bee,

Would you happen to know if white willow bark is something I can take? I have

ulcerative colitis and have read that anyone with ulcers shouldn't take this. I

have some bad headaches and pains in my back that I'm trying to deal with right

now.
