Guest guest
Hi Meher, Are you new to the group? If so, welcome! Bee doesn't recommend eating raw vegetables because they are difficult to digest, so it's best to cook them slowly over a low heat. This helps the vegetables to release their nutrients. You will probably feel better, too, if you don't eat raw veggies. Here's an article that explains it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg2.php It is difficult to say how long it will take before you can tolerate raw veggies. It depends on how long your digestion has been bad. Having said that, though, your digestion will improve on this program, so this will likely not be a life-long affliction. Cooked veggies are much better for you, so it's best to keep the raw ones to a minimum. Hope that helps! > > Hello Bee , <snip> > > the question i would like to ask is that why everytime i eat raw veg , i get really bad heartburn and i have really bad stomach cramps everytime i eat. i have been following your programme and i would like to know how long will take before i can eat raw veg again, or is this going to last forever > > THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE > Meher >
