I don't know a lot about the pill, hence my question to the list,

so have you heard of Yasmin?

I checked their website, www.yasmin-us.com, they claim it has a

different form of progestin, some benefits with fluid retention,

increases potassium, good for people with any liver or kidney

problem. I'd ask my doctor why she prescribed this particular one.

You might try using the female balancing protocol from the D'Adamo

website also. I'm just getting into those so can't give you any

personal experience there. I'm glad your doctor is monitoring you.

It's great to help with these nutrition and supplement approaches,

but there is a place for traditional medicine.

Hi Bee,

I was on birth control pills for the purpose of regulating my menstrual cycle

for about 10 years. Do you think that I should up any of the supplements due to

this?

Thanks a bunch Bee
