Guest guest
Hi Bee, I have just spoken to a specialist, as I have been having these blood sugar problems I have mentioned to you and he has said that part of the problem could be these four bacteria in my gut/bowel. Streptococcus, endococcus, prevetella and colstridium, he also mentioned ecoli. I am going to have a test that will take 3 to 4 weeks to get the results back. He said if I do have one or some of them, they steal sugars from your body and they will need to be treated with antibiotics and I will also need to fight it back by eating japanese seaweed, tofu and high protein soy powder aswell. None of these things are souding good to me, but I am very, very fatigued and sick and I cant do nothing if they are there. Does this diet help fight back these bugs in my system or would you recommend I take the antibiotics anyway and deal with the aftermath later? Any advice would be great. Thanks Bee xx Love Sylvia
