Hi Guy,

I raised the same concerns awhile back for an upcoming trip to Peru and

received the following links for more information. Also mentioned in

another post was Vitamin O by R-Garden and a supplement called DMG by Now

Brand or the one from CountryLife that is taken under the tongue is best.

Have a great trip and hope one of these helps and you don't have a repeat of

your experience in Peru.

Hello all.I am planning a Bolivia trip and would like to know if

taking an oxygenating product such as oxymune, or something similar,

would be helpful in lessening the high altitude problems that will

most certainly be an issue for me.If anyone can give some info on this

it would be most appreciated.I visited Peru a few years back and had

a severe problem when we travelled at over 11,000 ft.in the Andes.

Regards

Guy

several of the symptoms are the same?

+++Hi Philip. Yes, they can be die-off symptoms, or if you've suffered from any

symptoms prior to going on this program your body will " retrace " them during the

healing process.
