hi tis colin,

i get mine from holland and barrett but its expensive about 11 quid for 16 oz s

im looking to get mine from the internet as i think it ll work out cheaper but

its handy to know they sell it down the road incase of emergencys, you won t

find the proper stuff in supermakets but holland and barrett definately sell

it..
