Guest guest
I make kefir with the kefir grains also. I am using town bought milk for the time being, my daughter drinks the fresh goat milk, and my sister's cow hasn't had it's calf yet. When it does I will be using raw cow's milk then. If you are interested in using kefir grains (much better than starters imo) I have an extra grain grew right now I could mail you for just the price of shipping it to you. I shipped a lady one in milk and it worked really well. Just email me if you are interested. Caitlin Lorraine
Guest guest
If nobody here on this forum knows the source in the Philippines, I suggest you join kefir_making group and ask around. The list has close to 1500 members and many people are from different parts of the world. Even if you find nobody in the Philippines, there may be some people who are in the Asia and can mail the grains to you in milk powder, etc. Tomo > I've asked a friend a few weeks ago on how I could get > a Kefir culture in the Philippines. Guest guest
Try the Indian stores at United Nations Avenue in Manila. They got plenty of indian Ingredients there. They might even make it from here. Re: Kefir? If nobody here on this forum knows the source in the Philippines, I suggest you join kefir_making group and ask around. Guest guest
Hi Bee can you tell me what you think about Kefir ans Candida? Thank you,
Guest guest
Hi , This is what Bee has written about Kefir: " Kefir and yogurt contain sugars. During the fermentation process lactose is changed into another sugar, called galactose. " So, because Kefir contains galactose (sugar) it will feed Candida and is therefore not allowed on her diet. Hope that helps! > > Hi Bee can you tell me what you think about Kefir ans Candida? > Thank you, > >
