Which Sauerkraut if not Eden?

Bee, I don't know if the question in my message was missed. I did call Eden

and their sauerkraut is pasteurized by being heated at 175 for 5 minutes. I

want to get some to replace it but I'm not sure what to get. Do you have any

suggestions? I can finish off the Eden brand or should I stop taking it and

resume with the HCL that was giving me problems?
